First Ever Team to be Inducted into the Burnsville High School Hall of Fame!
The 1972 Burnsville Football Team was the first team inducted into the Burnsville High School Hall of Fame on September 5, 2014. The 1972 State Champion Team is the only team sport in the history of the school to have a perfect season (no losses) at 12-0.
The 2014 Hall of Fame reception and induction ceremony was held at Burnsville High School in the Mraz Center. The ceremony was followed by a Burnsville Blaze home football game against Farmington (A WIN!). All Hall of Fame inductees were recognized at halftime.
